The TARS Lunch Bunch meets every Thursday around 11:30am. The location is usually announced 1 day before the meeting. You may reach out to us on the AE4S repeater (443.950-/94.8) if this site is not updated or if you have any questions. Our gathering plans are as follows:
PLAN A (Normal Mode)
Bring Your Own (BYO) lunch and chair as we sit under the trees at Tom Brown Park. The area is where we have our Field Day site or NE of the tennis courts. This is the default mode unless notified of a change by email or on repeater 443.950-/94.8. - SEE PLAN "D" BELOW
PLAN B (Inclement weather)
The alternate process described above is followed with inside dining at the American Red Cross (ARC - 1115 Easterwood Dr.) and the same BYO lunch format, except chairs and tables are provided. Start time is the same but we will have to arrange the room as needed and return it to the original configuration after lunch. We must remove all trash and clean the tables. Watch for emails or a notice on the repeater in the morning before lunch.
PLAN C (Backup)
In the unforeseen event that the ARC is not available, the fall back will have to be inside dining at the Glory Days Grill located at 1926 Capital Circle NE. Again, watch for emails or a notice on the repeater in the morning before lunch.
Please come and join us for fellowship, occasional "show - and - tell", and a plethora of support and encouragement for the "whole" ham!
